Common questions

Can I publish without an account?
Yes. Logged-out visitors can publish in 60 seconds. The CV is editable from the same browser. Sign in later to claim it and keep access from any device.
What happens if I cancel?
Your published CVs stay live forever. You drop back to the Free tier — the badge returns, custom domain disconnects, and you can keep editing your most recent CV.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of a Pro subscription, email us and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
Is my data private?
Published CVs are public at their URL (that's the point). Drafts and unclaimed CVs live in your browser's localStorage. Paid tier subscribers can password-protect specific CVs.
Can I use Folio for a team?
Yes — Teams pricing is below. Multi-seat, white-label, and shared candidate management. Reach out for educator and bootcamp programs.
What if I lose access to my browser?
If you published anonymously and never signed in, the CV becomes orphaned (still public, no edit access). Signing in before clearing your browser keeps you in control forever.
